The current research aimed at identifying the impact of different feedback types of tridimensional simulation program to develop the skills of using measuring devices for second year industrial education students. This study sought to find an answer the following main question: What is the impact of different feedback types of tridimensional simulation program to develop the skills of using measuring devices for second year industrial education students? From this question, the following questions are branched: 1) What are the required skills of measuring devices for the second year industrial education students specialized in electronics? 2) What is the Instructional design of a tridimensional simulation program based on feedback types to develop the skills of using of measuring devices for the second year industrial education students specialized in electronics? 3) What is the effect of a tridimensional simulation program based on feedback types to develop the used knowledge in the course of measuring devices for the second year industrial education students? 4) What is the effect of a tridimensional simulation program based on feedback types in an observation card of students’ performance of the skills of using measuring devices for the second year industrial education students specialized in electronics? To answer these questions, the researcher set up the study tools within setting up the Cognitive test that consisted of (36) questions, in addition that the researcher set up an observation card for the skills of using measuring devices, it consisted of (51) skills to ensure the validity of the test and observation card, the researcher presented the tools to a group of arbitrators, some experts in curricula and teaching methods, some experts in industrial secondary subjects specialized in electronics and some experts in the field of educational technology and completed the proposed amendments. Also to accomplish this study, the researcher built a tridimensional simulation program based on different feedback patterns and presented it to the arbitrators to ensure it is sound, and validity for application. The researcher chose (30) students and divide them into three groups which each group is (10) students and the researcher used: 1) Descriptive method: which describes what is an object and explains it and uses the descriptive method in this research to describe the previous research and studies and analysis, and determine the skills of the use of measuring devices and standards design simulation programs, as well as studying the characteristics of students in industrial technical education. 2) Quasi experimental method: This method is used to know the impact of the independent variable on dependent variables. The Quasi experimental method has been used in the research to find out the relationship between the independent variable (the simulation program) and the two dependent variables (feedback and the skills of using the measuring devices). After applying the statistical approaches on the post- application degrees of the cognitive test and observation card the results appeared as following: 1) There are statistically significant differences at significance level (α=0.05) among the averages of the three patterns (delayed written - immediate written - oral) for the feedback in the post- scale in the cognitive test for the second year industrial education students due to a tridimensional simulation program. 2) There are statistically significant differences at significance level (α=0.05) among the averages of the three patterns (delayed written - immediate written - oral) for the feedback in the post- scale of the observation card of students’ performance in the skills of using measuring devices for the second year industrial education students due to a tridimensional simulation program. In the light of the previous results, recommendations were proposed which aimed at the necessity of benefit of the simulation program content based on different feedback patterns, and the necessity of benefit of the Trainers and trainees in the field of industrial secondary education and educational technology to benefit from this program and to benefit from the simulation method in building educational programs because of its impact In developing different skills.
