The objective of this research is to identify the effectiveness of using a virtual learning environment to teach the logical control course programmed in the development of systemic thinking and technological skills of industrial secondary students. To achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher prepared a list of the systemic thinking skills to be met by the students of the third grade secondary industrial electrical devices, as well as the list of technological skills that must be available to these students in the programmed logical control course, as well as the proposed scenario for a virtual learning environment to teach logical control course Which was designed to develop the systemic thinking and technological skills of these students, which included the preparation of a list of criteria to be met in the proposed virtual learning environment, and the preparation of the educational scenario which helped the researcher to prepare the correction The proposed 3D virtual learning environment integrates the Second Life environment and the Moodle e-learning system, whose components are managed using the Virtual Learning Management System (SLOD), according to the ADIE model Researcher to meet the objectives and nature of research, as well as the preparation of research tools: the test of systemic thinking, and observation card. In order to verify the validity of the research hypotheses, the research tools (Systemic Thinking Test and Technology Skills Note) were applied to a random group of (60) students from the third industrial secondary students who specialized in electrical installations and equipment , They were divided into two groups : a group of Faqous Secondary Industrial School for Boys under the administration of Faqous educational in Sharkia (experimental group) number (30) students , and a group of Abu Bakir School for Boys under the Department of Abu Bakir educational in the same province represented (control group) number (30) students. The results of the research , showed that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of significance ≤ (0.05) between the average scores of the students of the experimental and control groups in the post-application of the Systemic Thinking test , the observation card Technology Skills for the experimental group students, and There is a positive correlation between the level of technological skills of students in the experimental group (studied using the proposed 3D virtual learning environment) and their systemic thinking.
