The aim of this research is to design an adaptive mobile training environment based on learning analytics and to investigate its effectiveness in developing knowledge management skills in 3D virtual environments, For this purpose, The researcher reached a list of standards for the design of adaptive mobile training environment based on learning analytics to develop knowledge management skills in virtual environments, and then design the environment in light of these standards, using the proposed model of instructional design for research, The researcher then prepared the research tools which were represented in the achievement test, An observation checklists, the product evaluation card, the self-assessment scale of the knowledge management skills in the 3D virtual environments, The environment was applied to a group of 28 graduate students (professional Diploma of Educational Technology specialization), divided into three experimental groups using learning analytics made in the first module, First experimental group: Adaptive mobile training based on learning analytics according to the learning style (active-visual-sensory-sequential), Second experimental group: Adaptive mobile training based on learning analytics according to learning style (reflective-verbal-intuitive-holistic), third experimental group: Adaptive mobile training based on learning analytics according to learning styles (Moderate). Use the experimental approach to conduct the search experiment, The research reached that there were no statistically significant differences between the three groups in the (achievement test, An observation checklists, product evaluation card, and the self-assessment scale of knowledge management skills in virtual environments), in light of which the researcher presented a set of recommendations and proposed research.
