The study aimed to determine the reality of the application of developmental educational supervision in UNRWA schools in Gaza governorates and how to improve it. Study Tool: The study questions were answered, and the hypotheses were verified using the questionnaire developed by the researcher. A sample of (332) individuals were selected, of which (165) male teachers and (167) female teachers from the original community, the sample was selected in a stratified random manner. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach to study the relationship between the variables of the study to suit its relevance to the subject and objectives of the study. The results showed that the degree of application of the developmental educational supervision in all its dimensions as well as the total score is high, and also showed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤ 0.05) between the average responses of the study sample (teachers) attributable to the educational zone variable in the indirect developmental educational supervision. As well as the overall degree of developmental educational supervision in general, and the presence of statistically significant differences in the dimensions of direct developmental educational supervision and participatory developmental educational supervision for the benefit of Rafah education, and the absence of statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05), between the average scores of response The study sample members (teachers) in the supervision of the educational and developmental dimensions college degree depending on the type of social, academic qualification, specialization and years of experience. The researcher recommended the importance of adopting the UNRWA Department of Education for its proposed vision to improve the means of evolutionary supervision, and the adoption of new concepts in educational supervision to free the capabilities and creativity in schools towards active participation in the implementation of future education goals, and the importance of directing school educational programs and activities and curricula so as to be based on the national visions These programs should develop the role of the supervisor and teacher in the educational process, and the importance of the supervisor to be a source of methods and strategies of modern supervision and new teachers And be able to guide teachers to useful sources of knowledge.
