الرقابة الإدارية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية الحكومية وعلاقتها بمقاومة التغيير التنظيمي لدى المعلمين في محافظة العاصمة عمان من وجهة نظر مساعدي المديرين



The aim of this study is to Identify “Administrative Control of the High School Principals and its Relationship to Organizational Change Resistance among Teachers in the Capital of Amman from Principles Assistance Point of View", in this study, The study followed the descriptive relational method, The study represents all the Principles Assistance in the Amman capital, (280) respondents from the Principles Assistance in public high schools in Amman. The researcher relied on the questionnaire designed for the study to gather data. The study results reveal: The degree of administrative control to the principals in Amman were high, and the results showed that the degree of resistance to organizational were intermediate, finally the results showed a positive correlation at a level of significance (α = 0.05) between the degree of administrative control and resistance to organizational change, also there were not there significant statistical differences in the degree of administrative Control and resistance to organizational that attributed to variables (gender - academic qualification - years of service). In light of the findings of the study, the researcher made a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: The need for the Ministry of education to deepen the concepts of management oversight and organizational resistance to change in government schools in a scientific manner thoughtful and planned and implement training programmers for all school personnel, which clarify the objectives management control dimensions apply.
