The current research aims to 1) Measuring the Impostor phenomenon among students of the College of Science 2) Knowing the significance of the difference to the scale the Impostor phenomenon according to the gender variable (male and female) among students of the College of Science 3) Measuring perfectionism among students of the College of Science 4) Knowing the significance of the difference to the measure of perfectionism according to the gender variable (Male and female) for students of the College of Science 5) Is there a correlation at the level of significance (0.05) between the scale of the Impostor phenomenon and the measure of perfection when students of the College of Science. the sample reached (200) male and female students from the College of Sciences of Al-Mustansiriya University, and the researcher followed the research method Descriptive (the questionnaire), and the research tools were the scale of the Impostor phenomenon and a scale Perfectionism, the number of paragraphs of the impostor phenomenon scale reached (26) items, while the number of items of the perfectionism scale reached (30) items, and after returning questionnaires from the research sample, the researcher used the statistical packages for social sciences program (SPSS), and the results of the research showed that the female gender is more impression and inclination To the phenomenon of the impostor of the male sex, and also it was found that the female sex is more characteristic of perfectionism than the male sex among students of the Faculty of Science. and to find the correlation between the two scales, the researcher used the Pearson correlation coefficient, and the statistical results showed that there is a positive correlation between the two scales. and the researcher concluded that the Impostor phenomenon and perfectionism is possessed by females more than males, and the researcher recommended the necessity of forming guidance or psychological committees to reveal this phenomenon and reduce it as much as possible by giving educational lectures from professors specialized in psychology or educators, and to complement the research, the researcher suggested conducting other future studies on other samples of University students in Iraq.
