This study aimed to identifying productive thinking skills which are supposed to be existed in science curriculum in the eighth grade of the preparatory stage in Palestine, and follow the researcher used descriptive analytical approach to content and to achieve the objectives of the study the researchers using a content analysis of the list of productive thinking skills and preparing the data as well as analyze them about science curriculum content which include five skills to of productive thinking skills, three skills for creative thinking (flexibility, originality and fluency) and two skills for critical thinking( interpretation and conclusion) which include 15 standard. The study found the following results based on the content analysis, the study reached the following the first place was the skill of interpretation with relative weight 27.7% and the second place was the skill of conclusion with relative weight 27.3% and third place was fluency skill with a relative weight of 24.1% and the fourth place was flexibility skill with a relative weight of 8% and the least one of these places is originality skill with relative weight 8%.
