This study aims to recognize the degree of knowledge management practice among school principals. It was conducted in Irbid from the point of view of school teachers and their relation to school performance. The descriptive associative method was used to aid our study. We depend on random samples that consist of (375) teachers with both genders. We applied the study over public schools in the ministry of education in Irbid governorate. The questionnaire was used to collect study information. It consists of two parts; the first part consisted of (39) items to measure knowledge management processes, while the second part consisted of (25) items to measure the level of school performance. The results have showed that the knowledge planning and the knowledge organization have located at the first level. The knowledge orientation was the next in the second level. The knowledge implementation and adoption has found in the last level. Also, the result has showed that there were significant statistical differences in the degree of knowledge management practice according to the gender variable. Our research proves that there was a positive statistically relation between the knowledge management and the school performance in all fields and total degree. (Published abstract)
