The study aimed to identify the reality and difficulties of employing teachers of UNRWA schools in the Gaza strip for intelligent learning. To achieve this, the researcher has prepared a questionnaire consisting of (40) paragraphs divided into three axes. The study population included the (8313) teachers of UNRWA schools in the Gaza strip. A random sample of (239) individuals was selected. The results of the study found that the degree of employing intelligent learning at UNRWA schools was weak; the degree of using it was great, and the degree of difficulties was great, too. The results also showed a significant difference between teachers attributed to specialization in favor of scientific disciplines, and no differences were attributed to years of experience. In light of these results, the researcher recommends the need to hold courses, seminars and workshops to educate teachers about the importance of employing intelligent learning, and providing modern technologies with various accessories in all schools in Palestine, given how important they are in motivating students and their active and positive interaction with the educational content and practical activities.
