This study aims to identify the effectiveness of a program using augmented reality (AG) on developing the constructed electronic robots circuits (CERCS) skills in technology for the females’ tenth grade in Gaza. The researchers have designed a program based on AR, cognitive exam, and an observation card to evaluate final outcome of CERCS skills. The study sample consisted of (60) students of tenth grade female students in the Taiba Secondary School for Girls; (30) representing the experimental group and the other (30) representing the control group. In this study, the researchers used the constructive approach to build program using AR for developing the constructed electronic robots circuits’ skills. And the researchers used the experimental approach was used for studying the effectiveness of using AR on developing the CERCS skills. The study found significant differences between the mean scores of the students in the experimental group and the control group in the cognitive exam in favor of the experimental group, and there are statistically significant differences between the mean scores of students in experimental group and the control group in the observation card in favor of the experimental group. And the program achieves efficiency according to Blake gain ratio. The most important recommendations of the study, the necessity of getting use of the program using augmented reality for developing the constructed electronic robots circuits skills, which the researcher has built it, and necessity to employment the augmented reality technology in the educational process in general and in technology education in particular.
