The study aimed at verifying the effectiveness of designing an electronic scientific dictionary in sign language to teach science by flipped classroom to develop scientific communication skills and academic engagement among deaf students (n=10) in Al-Amal schools for the deaf. Designing an electronic scientific signal dictionary to teach scientific concepts in sign language, testing scientific communication, observation checklist, scientific communication skills, and academic engagement scale. The study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: The effectiveness of an electronic scientific signal dictionary in teaching science by flipped classroom in developing scientific communication skills and academic engagement of students with hearing impairment.
