The study aimed at presenting a paradigm for developing the home economics curricula for the female masters’ students in view of the requirements of the knowledge economy and the needs of the labor market. The study used the descriptive method, and used a questionnaire in data collection. The sample consisted of (110) members of male and female faculty members specialized in curricula and teaching methods and home economics. The most prominent results were: training on and facing labor market problems and obstacles are primary tasks of the role of home economics curricula in preparation for the labor market from the point of view of faculty members, training students on the use of industrial safety measures within work is an important necessity because industrial safety and its various measures are very important for those who work in the labor market, and about the supremacy of male faculty members over female faculty members in the visions associated with the role of home economics curricula in preparation for the labor market, there were statistically significant differences in the views of the faculty members according to the academic degree (assistant professor / associate professor / professor) regarding the role of home economics curricula in the preparation of the labor market. The study ended with presenting a paradigm for the development of knowledge economy curricula in light of the requirements of the knowledge economy and the needs of the labor market.
