دور الإدارة التعليمية والمدرسية في تحقيق أهداف مرحلة التعليم الأساسي بدولة الكويت



The present study aimed to identify the role of educational administration in achieving school goals in basic education in Kuwait, in the development of the mind for the students of basic education, in the Physical development for students of basic education, in creating ethics for pupils in the basic education stage and identifying the role of education needs to develop national belonging to pupils in basic education. It also aimed to identify the role of the educational administration in the transmission of scientific and cultural heritage and enrich it for pupils in the basic education stage. This study was limited to revealing the educational and school departments and their role in achieving the objectives of the basic education stage. This study was also limited to the basic phase in Mubarak Al-Kabeer Governorate in Kuwait. The study followed the descriptive approach, because it is the approach that relies on studying the phenomenon as it exists in reality. The results revealed that there is a significant role played by the educational and school departments in achieving the objectives of the basic education stage in the State of Kuwait. There are also difficulties faced by the educational and school departments such as the lack of financial means for the requirements of school work, books, laboratories and the training of teachers during the service. Lack of possibilities to improve the school environment and to improve the work environment. (Published abstract)
