شروط ومعايير اختيار وتحديد حجم العينات الإحصائية : دراسة تحليلية تقويمية لمذكرات تخرج ماستير بكلية العلوم الاجتماعية بجامعة مستغانم
The present study aims at examining have based themselves the bases adopted by the Masters students at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Mostaganem in selecting and determining sample sizes for their studies, and direct their attention to the mistakes they make. The descriptive and evaluation methodology was adopted. A questionnaire was also designed to collect study data, and check their psychometric properties. The study sample consisted of (153) master's theses available at the Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Mostaganem. The results of the study showed that the samples most commonly used by researchers are simple random samples (30.07%), And (18.94%) of the researchers did not specify the type of sample used, It was found that (69.93%) of the samples were not suitable for the nature of the population, The percentage estimation method was found to be the most widely used method for determining sample size, And (58.17%) of samples were not representative of the population, The results of the study showed that there are statistically significant differences in the representation of the sample according to the variable (specialization) in Master Thesis, Faculty of Social Sciences, University of Mostaganem.
