The purpose of this study was to building national standards for geography curriculum of gifted students and rationing it through the most important international standards such as standards of American National Association for Gifted Children (NAGC) and standards geography curriculum of American National Council of Geographical Education (NCGE). The population study consisted of the professors and specialists of both field gifted and geography education. The sample was (10) participants. The study applying mixed method that are descriptive documentary methodology for international standards, and qualitative methodology. Collected the study data semi-structured interview. The instruments have achieved the characteristics of reliability and validity required. The results of the study revealed that the study sample have knowledge by reasons of global orientation for employing the standards in building geography curriculum of gifted students such as, malpractice in authoring resulted weak educational outcome. Also, the results exploring clear perceptions about the important role of the standards in improving learning geography for gifted students as consequence of the great value of geography in solving problems and facing society challenge. As well as, the results clear the necessarily of four routers for building standards that are (5) principles, (5) bases, (7) goals, and (5) requirements. The modification and rationing draft of standards of the grift students in (7) key standards distributed on (35) secondary standards were appeared. Also, the modification and rationing draft of standards of geography curriculum in (8) key standards distributed on (22) secondary standards and every standards have set of performance indicators were explored. Based on the findings of the study, a set of relevant recommendations were suggested. (Published abstract)
