العمل التطوعي الرقمي في الجامعات السعودية دراسة تحليلية للتفاعل التربوي في مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي : تويتر أنموذجا



The purpose of the study is to reveal the reality of digital voluntary work in Saudi universities in the light of the educational interaction of social media sites, through the identification of its educational dimensions and the most interactive areas, the researcher has applied an descriptive method through (content analysis technique) and has prepared a tool to analyze the educational interaction of the areas of voluntary work in the social networking sites (twitter) consisting of five areas and each area has a number of dimensions. The content of tweets was analyzed in the official accounts of voluntary work for five Saudi universities, and the main results of the study are: the educational area of digital voluntary work on the social networking site of universities (twitter) ranked first with a frequency of (104) and by 49.28%, the area of religious service ranked second with a frequency of (43) and by 20.37%, while the social area ranked last place with a frequency of (10) and by 4.73%. The results of the study also indicated that the dimension of (dissemination of the culture of voluntary work) within the dimensions of the educational area was the most frequent dimension in all areas, with a frequency of (91) and by 87.5%, while the dimensions of (elder care) within the social area, (educational programs for people with special needs) within the area of education, (counseling services and psychological treatment) and (care of public parks) within the environmental and health area are the least frequent dimensions in all areas, with a frequency of (0) and by 0%. The study concluded with a set of recommendations in the light of its findings. (Published abstract)
