The aim of the study was to identify the attitudes of students towards statistics and to carry out research, and to check whether there were significant differences between the average of the students of the Department of Criminal Psychology and Psychological Health in relation to these attitudes and to ascertain the difference in these attitudes according to the different specialties of the female students in Naif Arab University for Security Sciences. To achieve the objectives of the study, the scale of the trend towards statistics (for the Samadi 2008) applied to the same sample consisted of 56 students and master students studying statistics and performing research. The results of the study showed that there was a positive general trend towards the students towards the statistics and there were no statistically significant differences between the students in the direction on the scale, while differences were found in the component of pleasure. There were no statistically significant differences according to specialization on the scale and on each component. (Published abstract)
