This study aimed at identifying the role of knowledge management in building the learning organization at the University of Jordan from the point of view of academic leaders and faculty members. The study sample consisted of 336 academic leaders and faculty members at the University of Jordan, It was also developed and prepared by reviewing the theoretical literature on the subject of the study. The questionnaire consisted of (72) items divided into two parts: the first to measure the role of knowledge management in building the learning organization at the University of Jordan, and it consists of (36) divided into six areas, and the second section: to measure the role of knowledge management in building the organization (36), which were divided into six fields. Their validity and reliability were verified. After the data collection, they were analyzed using the arithmetic mean, standard deviations, t-test, : The reality of the role of knowledge management in building the organization The first level was: "The fifth field: the development and distribution of knowledge" and the second level, "the fourth field: knowledge storage", and in the penultimate level "the first field: knowledge diagnosis" In the last level, "the second area: defining the objectives of knowledge and the absence of significant differences at the level of (α= 0.05) for the role of knowledge management in building the learning organization at the University of Jordan from the point of view of academic leaders and faculty members, depending on the variables (gender, The university where he graduated, and the echelon Dimip, experience with the exception of the application of knowledge, and the existence of differences in the total variable for the benefit of humanity and scientific colleges). The role of knowledge management in building the learning organization at the University of Jordan from the point of view of academic leaders and faculty members reached (35) paragraphs divided into six factors. The results indicate the agreement of the experts on each of the paragraphs of the degree of the role of knowledge management in building the educated organization at the University of Jordan from the point of view of experts, which consists of six fields and the total number of paragraphs reached (35) paragraph.
