This study aimed to determine the degree of difficulties faced by primary school teachers according to the teaching of competencies according to the level of planning, execution and evaluation. This study was carried out on a sample of 64 teachers and instructors randomly selected through the el-ouedi primary School during the 2012/13 academic season, and to reveal the degree of difficulty, the descriptive approach to the nature of the study was chosen, and we used the tool to identify measures The difficulties experienced by teachers in teaching with competencies from the design of the researchers (Kalthoum Qaja and Mariam Ben Skirifa, 2010). The results of the study have shown that the degree of difficulties experienced by teachers in terms of competency teaching is estimated at 2.01; the average arithmetic at the planning stage was 1.92, while the arithmetic average at the implementation stage was 2.09, whereas in the calendar phase the arithmetic averaged 2.03, All of these findings indicated that the degree of competency teaching difficulties of elementary school teachers is moderate throughout the teaching process; This is a serious indicator because its results are reflected in pupils ' learning and the educational process as a whole.
