Supervision is a process of social and human interaction aimed at raising the level of the professional teacher in order to raise his educational efficiency. It is a cooperative democratic process its two parts are the educational supervisor and the teacher. It aims at discovering and understanding the objectives of education and helping the teacher to accept these goals and work towards achieving them. This requires the educational supervisor to enter the field to help teachers overcome the problems they face, so he cannot be activated from a vacuum; but he must have methods to motivate teachers to work, because those motives act as the regulator and organizer of the performances and maintain their continuity. And due to the importance of these motivational methods in activating the educational supervision process, leading it to the direction that serves the teacher mainly as the first beneficiary of the supervisory services provided by the supervisor or inspector, we decided to study this theme in order to enrich it.
