المشكلات التي تواجه طلاب الدراسات العليا المبتعثين للخارج بجامعة الأمير سطام بن عبد العزيز



This study aimed to identify problems facing graduate students at Prince Sattam bin Abdulaziz University on the program of scholarships abroad. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach in an attempt to extrapolate the viewpoint of graduate students who are studying abroad about the most important challenges facing them, utilizing a questionnaire prepared for this purpose. The sample size was (69) male and females graduates. Among the important findings of the study are the following: the economic and administrative problems were highly effective, followed by the academic, personal and social problems with a medium degree of effect, while the cultural problems were least effective. The results also showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the views of the sample in all six topics in the questionnaire as a whole in terms of their specialization and sex. In addition, there were no differences between participants’ views due to the variables of social, personal, academic and cultural problems. However, it was found that the economic and administrative problems, and the questionnaire as a whole, in favor of the M.A. students. (Published abstract)
