معوقات الإبداع في البحوث التربوية وسبل مواجهتها : دراسة ميدانية على طلاب وطالبات الدراسات العليا في التخصصات التربوية بجامعة الإمام محمد بن سعود الإسلامية



The study aimed to identify obstacles to creativity in educational research and ways to tackle them. The first step is to define a theoretical framework that links the relationship between creativity and scientific research; and the second is to identify the main obstacles that limit creativity in educational research and presented a number of ways to minimize those obstacles. The study used the descriptive survey method to achieve those goals. The study reached a number of results, including confirmation of the weakness in research creativity in Saudi universities due to a number of obstacles, stemming from the personality of the researcher, most notably the difficulty of achieving originality in producing new research ideas, and weakness in achieving maximum capacity in producing a large number of distinctive educational ideas. As for obstacles related to the research environment, they are mainly due to the weakness of marketing the results of educational research produced by students, as well as the lack of material and moral incentives that encourage creativity in educational research. The study also presented some ways to tackle these obstacles, first by providing a database that helps the researcher to know the actual reality of education, and second by initiating a plan to establish outstanding educational centers.
