The study aims at identifying the evaluative grades of Islamic jurisprudence course for the university college students in Gaza, in the light of the requirements of the Islamic judicial aims. The researcher used the descriptive analytical method. The study population included 14 members of the Islamic jurisprudence instructors at the university college. The researcher designed a questionnaire that contained four scopes (objectives, content, activities and teaching methods, and evaluation methods).the findings of the research can be summarized as follows: 1) there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) in the sample responses to develop the curriculum of the Islamic jurisprudence in the light of the Islamic law purposes requirements, due to the variable of qualification (BA, MA, PHD). 2) there are statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) in the sample responses to develop the curriculum of the Islamic jurisprudence in the light of the Islamic law purposes requirements, due to the variable of years of service (less than 5 years, from 5-10, more than 10). 3) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≥0.05) in the sample responses to develop the curriculum of the Islamic jurisprudence in the light of the Islamic law purposes requirements, due to gender (male teacher, female teacher). 4) There are no statistically significant differences at the level of (α≥0.05) in the sample responses to develop the curriculum of the Islamic jurisprudence in the light of the Islamic law purposes requirements, due to the variable of age (less than 30, from 30-40, more than 40).
