The research aimed to study The structural model of organizational intelligence, creativity, and school crises management, and identify the level of research variables among a sample search, as well as detection of the impact of some demographic variables such as gender (male- females), Education secondary type (general - Technical) and the level of experience the participants were consisted of 218 teachers of general and Technical secondary education teachers, and The researchers prepared research tools, and using appropriate statistical methods such as, they reached to a group of results such as: the level of the variables (organizational intelligence- creativity- school crises Management) was average among a sample search all general secondary and technical secondary schools. There were statistically significant positive effect at level 0.01 of creativity on each of the (planning and preparing for crises, learning and restore activity collecting information, communication, and leadership skills during a crisis), furthermore there were statistically significant positive effect at level 0.01 of organizational intelligence on both of creativity, planning and preparing for crises, learning and restore activity, information collection communication, and leadership skills during a crises. The path equations of the structural model were as follows: 1) creativity= 0.84 Organizational intelligence. 2) Management of school crises= 0.31 Organizational intelligence+ 0.59 creativity. 3) Leadership during crises= 0.58 creativity+ 0.28 Organizational intelligence. 4) Communication and communication= 0.11 creativity + 0.72 Learning and restoring activity+ 0.089 Organizational intelligence. 5) Collecting Information= 0.25 creativity+ 0.68 Learning and Restoring Activity+ 0.024 Organizational Intelligence. 6) Learning and Restoring Activity= 0.56 creativity+ 0.33 Organizational Intelligence. 7) Planning and preparation for crises= 0.80 creativity+ 0.17 Crises leadership+ 0.12 Information gathering + 0.54 Learning and recovery+ 0.055 Organizational intelligence.
