أثر تطبيق العدالة التنظيمية على الاستغراق الوظيفي : دراسة ميدانية على العاملين في مديريات التربية والتعليم بقطاع غزة



This study aimed at identifying the impact of Organizational Justice on the Employee Engagement. In addition, the study aims to evaluate the degree of organizational justice on the Employee Engagement for workers in the directorates of Education in Gaza Strip. The study was running on all the managerial workers in the directorates of Education in Gaza Strip the number these workers is (373) worker. A number of (308) questionnaires was collected with (82.6%) response rate. The descriptive analytical methodology and proper statistical methods have been used to test the hypotheses. The most important findings of the study are as follows: 1) There are statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α ≤ 0.05) of organizational justice on the Employee Engagement for workers in the directorates of Education in Gaza Strip. 2) The workers in the directorates of Education in Gaza Strip have a low degree of Organizational Justice. 3) The workers in the directorates of Education in Gaza Strip have a low degree of Employee Engagement. 4) There are no statistical differences in the views of respondents towards organizational justice of the study attributed to (sex, age, Qualification, Functional Classification, Social Situation). However, there are statistical differences in the views of respondents attributed to (Years of service). 5) There are no statistical differences in the views of respondents towards Employee Engagement of the study attributed to (sex, age, Qualification, Years of service, Functional Classification, Social Situation).
