The study aimed to identify the relationship between Organizational Justice and its relation to academic quality indicators in Palestinian Gaza universities (Al-Azhar, Al-Aqsa, Palestine). The study also aimed to investigate the differences in organizational justice and indicators of academic quality depending on the variables of the study, namely: (type, scientific rank, years of service, name university, university type) to achieve the objectives of the study the researcher used the descriptive approach, so as to suit the subject of the study, and used measurements of organizational justice and indicators of academic quality are two of the researcher has reached the study sample (250) faculty members, spread over three Palestinian universities. The study results showed: 1) The total score to estimates by faculty members of the Palestinian universities for the areas of organizational justice degree estimating the weight of medium and relative ability (64.40%), and that the relative weight of the indicators of academic quality has reached (71.00%), and a large degree of appreciation. 2) Results of the study also showed the presence of a positive correlation between organizational justice and indicators of academic quality faculty members of the Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates relationship. 3)The results of the study revealed that there were no statistically significant differences between the mean estimates of faculty members and regulatory fields of justice and Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates due to the variable type (male, female). While the results indicated the presence of significant differences between the mean estimates of faculty members of the Palestinian universities for academic quality indicators due to the variable type in favor of the (female). 4) Results indicated the presence of significant differences between the mean estimates faculty organizational justice and indicators of academic quality attributed to the Academic Rank variable and in favor of (Professor). 5) There are statistically significant differences between the mean estimates of faculty members to the areas of organizational justice and indicators of academic quality of Palestinian universities in Gaza Governorates due to the variable of years of service for the benefit of those years of service (less than five years). 6) There are significant differences between the mean estimates of faculty members to the areas of organizational justice and indicators of academic quality due to the variable and in favor of the university (Palestine). 7) There are significant differences between the mean estimates of faculty members to the areas of organizational justice and indicators of academic quality attributed to the university and for the university (non-governmental). The most important recommendations: 1) Work to achieve transparency in decision-making at all levels between the universities through strengthening the relationship between the university administration and faculty members and their work on spreading the culture of cooperation and team spirit among them. 2) Rescedule salaries and introduce a new system for assessing the wages and rewards systems on a permanent basis, especially in public universities and the development of specific and clear material and moral incentives so that standards commensurate with the effort by the faculty. 3) Raise the academic performance level by involving them in missions and study days and to give priority to scientific research distinctive, organizing training courses to raise the efficiency of the teaching staff that contribute to the development of the local community. 4) that the performance of faculty members on a regular basis, and regular assessment. 5) The need for a map should be done for research within the university commensurate with the needs of the community.
