This study aimed to identify the factors leading to the mobility of teachers in the middle and secondary schools in the State of Kuwait and its relation to the prevailing leadership styles in these schools from the point of view of the teachers. The researcher followed the descriptive method. The sample consisted of (690) middle and secondary school teachers in Al- Kuwait, and were selected in a simple random way. The results showed that the degree of assessment of the members of the study sample towards the factors leading to the mobility of teachers in middle and secondary schools in Kuwait from their point of view came high, and the field of factors related to students and parents ranked third in a high degree of appreciation. The study concluded that there were no statistically significant differences in the responses of the study sample members towards the factors that lead to mobility. The study found that the degree of appreciation of the members of the study sample towards the autocratic style came to a medium degree, and the democratic model was very high, and the study found that there was no statistically significant due to Sex impact, experience and educational stage in all patterns. The results showed a positive correlation between the factors leading to the mobility of teachers in the middle and secondary schools in Kuwait and the prevailing leadership styles in these schools. Based on the findings of the study, the researcher recommends the creation of the Ministry of Education in the State of Kuwait for controls that limit the mobility of teachers between schools to ensure the stability of the educational process, and the Ministry of Education to hold training courses for school principals in order to acquaint them with effective management patterns, of the importance of reducing the mobility of teachers between schools and the stability of the educational process.
