The purpose of the study to rooting the concept of Media University through identify the specialized media its characteristics and requirements, to determine the University media, its characteristics and functions. To achieve goals of the study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative curriculum as the most appropriate curriculum for such studies which depends on the compilation of the facts and information, in order to compare and analysis and interpretation. The study reached to set of results, of the most important: a University media is a very important message, issue of academic institutions, accurate and credibility; and aims to enhance the role of the University including contributes to the achievement of its functions and goals.
