The study aimed to determine the degree of commitment of the principals of public education schools in the Ahmadi educational zone in the state of Kuwait to the ethics of the profession. The sample of the study consisted of (900) teachers in the public education stages (primary - middle - secondary) in the region. To this end, a tool was prepared containing (40) items; distributed on (4) axes, relating to the ethics of the principals towards learners, teachers, parents, and rules of functional behavior. The results revealed that teachers' assessment of the commitment of principals in the Ahmadi educational district to the ethics of the profession was significant. The ethics of the profession in terms of the degree of application and practice towards the rules of professional conduct ranked first, and in the second place came the ethics of the profession towards the learners; in the third rank we have the ethics of the profession towards the teachers; and in the fourth rank we have the ethics of the profession towards parents. The results also revealed statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the sample on their assessment of the degree of commitment of school principals to the ethics of the profession according to the gender variable (male and female) in favor of males, the age variable in favor of the average age group (26 years or less), the academic qualification variable in favor of the average of those with less than a university qualification, the variable of the number of years of experience in favor of the teachers with minor experience (5 years or less), and also the variable of the school stage in favor of teachers average in the primary and intermediate levels.
