This study aimed to know the extent of benefiting from sciences books in the primary stage in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the past forty-five years (1391H- 1436H) in terms of health and safety topics. The period is divided into four main sections in addition to comparing between them. The analytical descriptive method was used whereas the books of the specified periods (30 books) had been analyzed through analyzing model. Such model was prepared and arbitrated scientifically. The most outstanding results were that there is weak interest in health and safety topics in recent sciences books that had been included in 1430H comparing to the last periods. In fact the first period (1391H- 1398H) included 52 topics related to health and safety, the second (1399H-1419H) included 26 topics, the third (1420H- 1429H) included 32 topics, whereas the recent fourth period include three topics only. The study recommends to reconnect between sciences and health and safety, in addition to ensure the importance of health and safety as a global trend depending on scientific education instruction and to include them in teaching sciences.
