السلوكيات السلبية التي يمارسها طلاب مراكز التدريب المهني بمحتافظات غزة وسبل علاجها في ضوء التربية الإسلامية



The study aimed to identify the negative behaviors practicing for the students of Vocational Training Centers at the Ministry of Labour and at UNRWA in Gaza strip governorates according to the point view of the members of this study and to know about the changes of study: the nature of work (trainer, teacher), the qualification (high school or lower, diploma, Bachelor) and the years of experience (less than five years, from (5 to 10 years) or more than 10 years) and the Supervision ( Ministry of Labour in Palestine, UNRWA) and to know about the reasons of the negative behaviors which is practiced by students at Vocational Training Centers, followed to the Ministry of Labour and UNRWA from point view members of sample, then introducing some methods to improve the behaviors of those students in the light of the Islamic Education. 1) The researcher follows the suitable analyzing descriptive method for this study. 2) The researcher prepared two interview applications and questionnaire: the first one recognize the negative behaviors, and the second to get of commandments of trainers and teachers to deal with these behaviors and questionnaire consist of (43) distributive points on three fields (Education and Training, discipline and order, and social relations. 3) The questionnaire has been applied on the society of the study which reaches to (152) teachers and Vocational Trainers, who work in the ministry of labour and the UNRWA Colleges of Gaza and Khan Younis community for training in 2013 – 2014. The results of the study show that: 1) The reality of practices of student’s Vocational Training Centers affiliated to the Ministry of Labour and UNRWA in Gaza Governorates of negative behaviors from the point of view of the sample came with a mean (3.12) and relative weight (62.53 %), a degree (medium). 2) There is no differences which refers to statistical results to estimate the practice of negative behaviors according to the nature of work (trainer, teacher) in the whole questionnaire and in all fields of questionnaire. 3) There is no differences which refers to statistical results to estimate the practice of negative behaviors according to the qualification (theoretical- practical or both together) in the whole questionnaire and in all fields of questionnaire. 4) There is no differences which refers to statistical results to estimate the practice of negative behaviors according to the years of (less than 5 years), (5 to 10 years), (more than 10 years) in the whole questionnaire and in all fields of questionnaire. 5) There are differences refers to statistics between the members of this study who acts badly according to the change of their qualifications (High School lower, Diploma, Bachelor), for qualifications (High School or lower) in the whole questionnaire and in all fields of questionnaire. 6) There are differences to estimate the practice of negative behaviors according to the change the supervisor team who belong to the Ministry of Labor in all fields of the questionnaire, (the critical practical or both together) in the whole questionnaire and in all fields of questionnaire. 7) The field of negative behaviors which contacts with social relation ships takes the first place according to the relative weight (%64.84), the fields of negative behaviors, that match with education and training takes the second place in the relative weight (%60.22) and the scheme of negative behaviors which connected to the order and discipline takes the third place in relative weight (%60.15). The most important recommendations of the study: 1) It is necessary to provide safe environment and strength of the social relationships between students and provide psychological, economic and social support for students; because it gives student self confidence and provide them with loyalty and safety to their nation. 2) It is necessary to fill the leisure time of the students with various activities which suit them in the training centers and prepare them in the Islamic Method. 3) Development of internal control among students as a base for students to increase the sense and feeling of Allah, to give up the negative behaviors and avoid the vices.
