The present study aimed to investigate the relationship of the characteristics of family (family size& parents education levels) to parental school partnership (Importance & practice). The sample of the study included 266 parents of pupils with learning disability in public schools (Year 1- 4) in four governorates in Sultanate of Oman. The researcher developed two scales for data collection purposes: Parents’ Perception of Parental-School Partnership Scale, Parents’ practice of Parental-School Partnership Scale. Findings showed that parents' perception of the importance of parental-school partnership was above average, however, the practice of the partnership was below average; also parents with education above the basic level were higher than parents with basic education in perceiving the importance and practice of parental-school partnership. Results also showed that there was a positive relationship between parents’ perception of the importance of parental-school partnership and family size; but there was a negative relationship between parents’ practice and family size.
