This study aimed to identify the educational role of the Quranic memorization centers of the ministry of Awqaf of Jordan in the Northern provinces from the perspective of workers and identify the obstacles standing against the centers' job, achievement of educational role and suggestions for developing their educational role. To achieve these objectives, the researcher prepared a questionnaire consisting of (47) items to identify such educational role; the questionnaire was applied on a sample of (180) male and female supervisors of the study population; an open-ended question was presented to the sample to identify the obstacles and solutions from their point of view the study concluded that the educational role of the Quranic memorization centers of the ministry of Awqaf of Jordan based on the answers of the study sample had a high degree and an arithmetic mean of (4.22). The results indicated the presence of statistically significant differences in the answers of the study sample on the study tool due to the variable of sex in favor female and the absence of differences in the rest of variables. The study recommended several points notably of which are the importance of establishing effective, participatory relationships among all the educational and social institutions of society and increasing the financial support for the success of the centers' job and educational role.
