تصور مقترح لإثراء كتب التربية الإسلامية للمرحلة الأساسية العليا بالمفاهيم الواردة في مجلة الأحكام العدلية



This study aimed at introducing a suggested proposal to enrich the books of Islamic education for higher basic grade with concepts included in the Journal of Judicial Verdicts (Al-Ahkam Al-Adliya). The study problem is summarized in the answer of the following questions: 1) What are the concepts included in the Journal of Judicial Verdicts that should be included in the books of Islamic education for the higher basic grade in Palestine? 2) What is the inclusion degree of such concepts in the books of Islamic education for higher basic grade in Palestine? 3) What are the concepts required to be enriched in the books of Islamic education for the higher basic grade and included in the Journal of Judicial Verdicts? The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach, where he analyzed the two-part books of Islamic education from seventh to tenth grades totaling (8) books. In order to achieve the study objectives, the researcher used the content analysis card for the books of Islamic education from seventh to tenth grades. He also used the following statistical methods: frequencies, percentages, and Holsti equation. The study concluded with the following results: 1) A list of concepts included in the Journal of Judicial Verdicts has been derived. 2) There has been an apparent contrast in the span of inclusion in the books of Islamic education regarding the concepts included in the Journal of Judicial Verdicts. 3. The Islamic education curriculum is requested to contain a number of concepts included in the Journal of Judicial Verdicts. The study recommendations: 1) It is necessary to include the concepts of the Journal of Judicial Verdicts in the Islamic education curriculum for the higher basic grade. 2) A balance in distributing such concepts among the books of Islamic education for the higher basic grade should be considered. 3) Conferences and specialized seminars should be convened to illustrate the importance of teaching the legal culture.
