This study aimed to identify the humanitarian role of the coordinator of the initiative in improving the educational process from the perspective of teachers in UNRWA schools in Gaza Governorates, researcher has used the descriptive analytical method, and the formation of the study population consisted of all teachers in UNRWA schools totaling (7050) teachers, and reached the study sample (350) teachers by (4.8%). The researcher used a questionnaire composed of 25 paragraph and the results showed that the humanitarian role of the coordinator of respect and discipline initiative got the relative weight of (84.73%), and highly effective. The most important recommendations humanitarian and educational coordinator of the initiative when choosing standards mode. And expand its powers to suit the improvement of the educational process. And the provision of material and moral support necessary for him to carry out all kinds of activities.(Published Abstract)
