عمليات إدارة المعرفة وعلاقتها بتميز الأداء المؤسسي : دراسة تطبيقية على وزارة التربية والتعليم العالي في محافظات غزة



This study aimed to identify the processes of knowledge management and its relationship with High Organizational Performance in light of the use of the American model (Malcolm Baldrig) for high Performance in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Gaza Strip, Using the descriptive analytical method and the technique of a comprehensive survey of all components of the study population, represented with all workers in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education and all departments all over the Gaza Strip and who occupy positions of supervisory (from the head of department and higher), where the researcher used a questionnaire to collect the necessary data. The questionnaire have been distributed to 259 employees, and the collected questionnaires were (240), representing 83.04% The study has got to mans results that could be summed up as follows: The results showed that the level of availability of knowledge management in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Gaza Strip was good, where the arithmetic average of (75.17%), the distribution of knowledge has won first place with (79.89%), followed by storage of knowledge with (77.59%). Results revealed that the level of availability of the standards of the American model of High performance in the Ministry of Education and Higher Education in the Gaza Strip was good where the arithmetic average (74.89%), the standard of strategic planning has won the first place with (79.27%), followed by the standard of leadership with (78.33%), followed by analyzing information with (77.62%). The most important recommendations presented the researcher are as follows: -Rebuilding employees working in the Ministry of Education since there represent intellectual capital and the basis of institutional success, through investing their energies and cognitive abilitie, developing and creating an appropriate environment of knowledge, and achieving security and job stability for all employees in accordance with the standards of justice and profession. Working to create a culture that is motivating, encouraging and supporting to the production of knowledge and participation, the establishment of an organizational environment based on sharing knowledge and personal experiences, and establishment of an organizational culture that is supportive of participating, sharing and exchange of knowledge .
