The purpose of this study was to investigate the effectiveness of teaching our beautiful language using the strategy of learning by playing in the development of national concepts in the fifth grade students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. In order to achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher used the semi-experimental method according to the design of tribal type, Students from the fifth grade primary school (Imam Turki Immediate school) were chosen by the method of intent, The random sample was used to distribute the sample into two groups: the experimental group and the number of its members (23) students studied the third unit of the book of our beautiful language (Motherland, Loyalty, and Sacrificing) using the strategy of learning by playing. The control group and the number of its members (22) students studied the unit in the usual way, The scale of national concepts, which consists of (20) paragraphs distributed to the areas of national concepts, and after the application of the tribal and remote measure of the experimental and control groups, The results showed that there was no apparent difference between the scores of students in the experimental and control groups in the pre-application of the scale and the existence of a virtual difference between the mean scores of the experimental and control groups in the post-scale application for the experimental group. The calculated values of (18.589) Statistically significant differences in the development of national concepts among fifth graders in Saudi Arabia due to the learning strategy of the game used in teaching. Thus, it can be said that using the learning strategy by playing in the teaching of our beautiful language leads to the development of national concepts among the fifth grade students in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The study recommended the use of teaching strategies that help develop national concepts and values of loyalty and belonging among students in different educational stages. Include Arabic language courses and modules that deal with national concepts and give them to students in different educational stages, and train Arabic teachers to use effective teaching strategies, By playing.
