درجة ممارسة عمليات إدارة المعرفة في المدارس الثانوية المطبقة لنظام المقررات بمدينة الرياض من وجهة نظر مديري المدارس والمعلمين



The study aims at knowing about the grade of knowledge management operations practice in secondary schools applying syllabus system in Riyadh and the obstacles of application from the view point of the school and the teachers. The researcher followed the descriptive method and applying the study tool (questionnaire) to all the study community and to the 67 directors and teachers and 2279 teachers of the secondary schools applying syllabus system in Riyadh. The sample is 67 directors and 342 teachers. The most important results of the study are: the grade of knowledge management operations practice obtained an average of 3.51; for operations, knowledge application obtained an average of 3.56; knowledge regulation: 3.48 (average); knowledge sustainability: 3.5 (average); and at last knowledge generation: 3.37 (average). All are of high grade. On the other hand the obstacle of practicing of knowledge management operations obtained an average of 3.55 (high grade); proposals contributing to promotion of knowledge management operations in the targeted schools obtained an average of 3.93 (high grade). Also there differences of statistical indication at a=0.01 between the averages of the answers of the sample categories on the degree of practicing, the obstacles and the proposals according to the job variable in favor of directors. Also the results revealed that there are no differences of statistical indication at a=0.01 between the averages of the answers of the sample categories on the degree of practicing, the obstacles and the proposals according to the job experience variable in favor of those who attended more than two courses. In the light of the results the study provided several recommendations and proposals to activate knowledge management operations practice in secondary schools applying syllabus system in Riyadh city.
