معوقات تطبيق الإدارة الإلكترونية في المدارس الثانوية في محافظة المفرق من وجهة نظر المدراء

This study aimed to identify the impediments of applying the E-management at the secondary schools in the governorate of Mafraq from the perspective of principals and the differences in the school principals' estimates of the impediments facing the application of e-management due to the variables of (gender, experience and scientific qualification). The study sample consisted of (155) male and female principals in the governorate of Mafraq. To achieve the objectives of the study, the researcher prepared a questionnaire for the impediments of the e-management at the secondary schools; after verifying their validity and reliability, the researcher distributed the questionnaires to the members of the sample. The SPSS was used to analyze data, extract the arithmetic means and standard deviations and analyze the MANOVA. The study reached to many results, most important of which is that the level of the impediments of applying the e-management at the secondary schools of Mafraq from the perspective of the principals was high and no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (α≤0.05) in the school principals' estimates of the impediments facing the application of the e-management due to the variables of (gender, experience, and scientific qualification).
