The study aimed to identify the Degree of Practice of the Social Supervisors of the Contingency Approach Supervision Model in the State of Kuwait. The descriptive survey method was used by distributing a questionnaire on a sample of 182 teachers. The study found that degree of practice of the Social Supervisors of the contingency approach Supervision model in the State of Kuwait was medium, and the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences the results of the sample of the study on the degree of exercise of the social supervisors of the model of supervising the position from the point of view of teachers in the State of Kuwait according to the variables of gender and scientific qualification. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences for the sample of the study on the domains of the degree of the sample attributed to the years of experience, except for the areas of pattern supervision Aleblagi and the tool as a whole. Where there were significant statistical differences in the field of supervision and the instrument as a whole depending on the variable of experience, among the experienced less than 5 years, and experience of 10 years and more and the differences came in favor of those with 10 years experience and more. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the sample of the study on the areas of the degree of practicing the social supervisors of the supervisor model due to the variable of the educational stage, except for the field of co-supervision. There were differences of statistical significance in the field of co-supervision according to the variable of the educational stage, between the intermediate and secondary levels. The differences were in favor of teachers in the middle stage. Based on the results, the researcher recommended the establishment of training programs for educational mentors on the latest trends in educational supervision, with an update on the latest developments and global experiences constantly; to raise the level of teachers and improve their performance, and to educate teachers on the role of educational supervision in improving their teaching performance in different teaching situations.
