The study aimed at identifying the evaluating of the English language Textbooks of the Intermediate stage in Iraq in the light of the English cultural content from the perspective of the course teachers. The study sample consisted of 102 male and female teachers; the researcher adopted the descriptive research method where he prepared and distributed a questionnaire to the study sample. To achieve the objectives of the study and answer its questions, the researcher adopted the questionnaire as the study tool. According to the objectives to which the current study seeks to achieve, the researcher devised the study tool in its final from, it consisted of 39 items distributed to six fields: educational values, moral values, historical values, social values, psychological values, and national values.The results of the study showed that the degree of the availability of the English cultural content in the English language Textbooks from the perspective of the course teachers at the total field was medium where the field "national values" obtained a high availability level, while all the other fields had a medium availability degree. The results also showed the existence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of gender in favor of the males, and the absence of differences due to the scientific qualification and experience. In light of the results, the researcher presented some recommendations including reconsidering the content of the English language Textbooks and asserting on the amendment in a way that suits the student's abilities and mental level.
