This study aimed at identifies the degree of implementing organizational accreditation standard in license kindergartens in Al-Mafraq governorate from female teachers’ point. The researcher the survey descriptive approach and a questionnaire which included the following standards of organizational accreditation: leadership and quality, teaching and learning, the physical environment and health and safety. The questionnaire was distributed on a sample of kindergarten female (129) in Al- Mafraq governorate. The research results indicated that the degree of application the organizational accreditation standard in licensing kindergartens in AL-Mafraq governorate was moderate in all domains. The domain of teaching and got the first rank, then the field of health and safety, followed by the field of quality and leadership, and the field of physical environment got the final rank. The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences in the estimations of the sample according to the variables of experience and scientific qualification. There were statistically significant differences according to the variable of kindergartens type in favour of the private one. In light of research results the research offered some suggestions of which raising the degree of care of the physical infrastructure of the kindergartens in AL- Mafraq governorate and provide adequate support to fit with the organizational accreditation standards.
