This study aims at identifying the role of primary school principals in the State of Kuwait in improving the effective Organizational Environment from their viewpoint, and the effect of the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The sample of the study consisted of (144) principals, as he administrated on them a questionnaire consisting of (35) paragraphs was designed and distributed to five domains: (regulations, instructions and procedures, participate in decisions, Relations and communication, incentives and rewards, working conditions), It was verified validity and reliability. The results of the study showed the following: That the role of primary school principals in the State of Kuwait in improving the effective Organizational Environment from their viewpoint was in a high degree, and the field of regulations, instructions and procedures rank first with a high degree, while the field of participate in decisions rank placed last with a high degree. There were no significant differences at level (0.05 ≥ α) in the average responses of the study sample members on the role of primary school principals in the State of Kuwait in improving the effective Organizational Environment depending on of the variables of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. In light of these results, the study has concluded a series of recommendations one of the importance: the training for school principals development professionally during the service on decision-making skills as well as activating the partnership between the school and the local community.
