The study aimed to identify the level of organizational optimism among the school principals in the Directorate of Kasbah Al Mafraq and to determine whether there was an effect on the gender variable, experience and scientific qualification on the level of organizational optimism among the school principals in the Directorate of Kasbah Al Mafraq. To conduct this study, the descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the study. Using a data collection tool from the sample of the study, the study population of all the directors of the public schools of the Directorate of Education of the Department of Education for the academic year 2017/2017 (158) managers and managers, the results showed that the degree of managers and managers For the schools on the level of organizational optimism came very significantly, where came in the first area of ​​motivation in a very high degree of appreciation, followed by the second area of ​​feeling happy and within a very high degree of appreciation, and in third place came the area of ​​organizational commitment in a very high degree of appreciation and came in The results showed statistically significant differences at (α <0.05) in the level of organizational optimism among school principals due to the gender variable in all fields except for the variable of job satisfaction and for females in the areas of organizational commitment The feeling of happiness in favor of males on the field of motivation, the study recommended by encouraging school principals to make their efforts to enhance the level of their motivation so as to contribute to the improvement of educational outcomes.
