The present study aimed at identify the nature of the relationship between cultural intelligence and the trend toward integrating Deaf people in to university education in a sample of university students, identify the level of cultural intelligence among university students, and Identify the direction of university students towards the integration of Deaf people into university education. The sample of the study consisted of (265) students at the Faculty of Specific Education in the third and fourth classes (99) males, (166) females and the average age of the sample (20.941) deviation (0.67), The researcher used the measure of the cultural intelligence of the students of the university and the measure of the direction of the university students towards integrating the deaf (prepared by the researcher), The study was based on the descriptive approach. The results showed a positive correlation between the cultural intelligence of the university students and their tendency towards integrating the Deaf in the university, that university students enjoy a high level of cultural intelligence, and have a positive trend towards the integration of Deaf University.
