إستراتيجيات إدارة الصراع التنظيمي لدى مديري المدارس الأساسية الحكومية في العاصمة الجزائر وعلاقتها بالاتصال الفعال من وجهة نظر المعلمين



This study aimed at identifying the degree of practice organizational conflict management strategies of government basic schools principals in the capital of Algeria and its relation to effective communication from teachers point of view. A proportional stratified sample consisted of 490 male and female teachers were drawn from the population of the study. To answer the questions of the study, the researcher used two instruments: the first was questionnaire of strategies of conflict management. The second was questionnaire of effective communication. Validity and reliability of the two instruments. The most important results of the study were as follows: 1) The degree of practice conflict management strategies by government basic schools principals in the capital of Algeria from teachers point of view was high in terms of use .the mean was (3.83). As well as the degree of using effective communication by basic schools principals in the capital of Algeria from teachers point of view was high in terms of use. The mean was (3.68). 2) There is a significant positive correlation at the level of statistical significance (α ≤0.05) between the degree of practice conflict management strategies by government basic schools principals in the capital of Algeria and their use of effective communication. 3) There were significant differences at (α ≤ 0.05) between the degree of using conflict management strategies by government basic schools principals in the capital of Algeria and their use of effective communication attributed to variables of years of experience and academic level. 4) There were no significant differences (α ≤ 0.05) between the degree of using conflict management strategies by government basic schools principals in the capital of Algeria and their use of effective communication attributed to sex variable.
