درجة تطبيق معايير الجودة الشاملة في كتاب الحاسوب للصف الخامس في المرحلة الثانوية في العراق من وجهة نظر المدرسين والمشرفين الاختصاص



The study aimed at defining the degree of application of the total quality standards in the computer text- book for the fifth grade of secondary school in Iraq from the point of view of teachers and supervisors. The sample of the study consisted of 260 teachers of computer material, as well as all supervisors and specialized supervisors 11 in the directorates of education in Baghdad. The descriptive method was used. The questionnaire was adopted as a tool to study and verify its validity and stability. The response of the sample of the study on the degree of application of the total quality standards of the computer text- book for the fifth grade in the secondary stage in Iraq came at a high degree of application of the areas of the questionnaire and the questionnaire as a whole among the teachers and supervisors alike. There was no statistical significance at the level of (α≥0.0) questionnaire for teachers and supervisors alike except for the second and third areas, showing that there were no statistically significant differences at the level (α≥0.0) for the gender variable for the sample of teachers, and the existence of differences according to the years of experience.
