The study aimed to identify the degree of strategic leadership practice in its four dimensions: "administrative, transformational, political, moral" And to determine the degree of availability of organizational learning capabilities of both types: "adaptive learning capabilities (Exploration) and Generating Learning Capabilities (Exploitation) " The faculty members have and academic leadership at Umm Al Qura University, As well as analyzing and testing the impact of strategic leadership dimensions in developing organizational learning capabilities. To achieve this objective, the study used the analytical descriptive method, and using the questionnaire tool that was applied to a sample of (384) faculty members and academic leaders at Umm Al Qura University. The results showed that strategic leadership is highly practiced, that organizational adaptive learning capabilities(Exploration) are available at a medium level and higher than the Generating Learning Capabilities (Exploitation) And that there is a positive relationship, and a statistically, significant impact of strategic leadership dimensions in the development of adaptive organizational learning abilities (Exploration), and Generating Learning Capabilities (Exploitation), The transformational dimension of strategic leadership has been the most influential. The study presented a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to adopt the proposed model of the relationship between organizational learning capabilities and the strategic leadership dimensions presented by the study, And activate the dimensions of strategic leadership and focus on the transferive dimension of strategic leadership as the most strategic dimensions of strategic impact in the development of organizational learning abilities of both adaptive and Generating, And developing the strategic leadership skills of the university leaders in general and academic leadership in particular through training programs that contribute to improving the quality and outputs of organizational learning at all levels of the academic work system in the departments and faculties of the university.
