معوقات توظيف مراكز مصادر التعلم في التدريس من وجهة نظر معلمي اللغة العربية في المرحلة الابتدائية بمحافظة بيشة



The objective of the current study is to identify the obstacles to the employment of learning resource centers in teaching from the point of view of the Arabic language teachers in the primary stage in Bisha governorate. The researcher used the descriptive method, relying on the questionnaire as a research tool for a sample of Arabic language teachers at the same stage. The number of 42 teachers in public schools that have learning resources centers in the province of Bisha. The results of the study revealed that there are obstacles that hinder the employment of LRCs: lack of responsiveness of teachers to LRC goals, poor training and continuous learning of teachers on the effective recruitment of technology, lack of qualified resource center librarians, lack of explanatory manual The lack of availability of printed and non-printed materials with the new curricula within the center, the lack of basic learning materials for each resource center, the lack of special equipment at the LRC, lack of many types of equipment for LRCs, Learning Resource Center.
