دراسة تحليلية للقيم في أبحاث الإدارة التربوية الإسلامية



The importance of the Islamic educational administration is due to its being as one of human behavior guides. Therefore, the current study aims at determining the subjects that had been discussed in the researches of Islamic educational administration, and to identify the included values in the researches of the Islamic educational administration. The importance of the study arises from the detection of explicit and implicit valued contents that are available in published research and from listing the necessary valued contents of the most important behavior values that should be discussed by searchers in their researches, and the managers in their educational organization. This study used the survey descriptive approach and the content analysis approach. The results of this study revealed that the total number of values that Islamic education administration researches have been discussed is 325. It was observed in this research that consultation (Shura) and Honest are the top two values of 75% percent and followed by Justice and education of 71% percent. This study recommends the necessity of starting the evaluating studies for the researches of Islamic educational administration. (Published abstract)
